Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada sent out 4,000 Invitations to Apply for permanent residence under an Express Entry draw in Healthcare and Social Services Occupations class on June 25, 2026.
The Comprehensive Ranking System score for the lowest ranked invitee was 475 points.
It is the third healthcare class draw of 2026 and largest after the first healthcare class draw on February 20 that offered 4,000 invitations too.
475 CRS cut-off lies 41 points below the CEC draw on June 23 where the CRS cut-off was 516, providing a clear way to thousands of healthcare workers waiting in 451 to 500 CRS range.
Today’s draw concludes the unprecedented four-draw cluster in four consecutive days and has issued 9,226 invitations since June 22.
IRCC has definitely made up for the long silence period that lasted 25 days from the end of May to the end of June.
Full Details Of The June 25 Healthcare Express Entry Draw
The table below includes all the official information regarding the current Express Entry draw as announced by IRCC.
| Draw Detail | Value |
| Category | Healthcare and Social Services Occupations, 2026-Version 3 |
| Date and Time | June 25, 2026 at 13:51:43 UTC |
| Number of Invitations Issued | 4,000 |
| CRS Score of Lowest-Ranked Candidate | 475 |
| Rank Needed | 4,000 or above |
| Tie-Breaking Rule | May 21, 2026 at 12:14:09 UTC |
Applicants whose CRS score was precisely 475 had to submit their Express Entry profile prior to May 21, 2026 at 12:14:09 UTC.
The tie-breaking date being May 21 means that this date is slightly more than a month old, which implies that there is a fair number of candidates having 475 CRS scores.
All those applicants who scored 475 but submitted later than the mentioned timestamp were not chosen even though they met the CRS criteria.
Why A 475 CRS Cutoff Is A Game-Changer For Healthcare Workers
The 475-point threshold has its way of targeting the most congested range in the pool.
As per the pool picture taken on June 21, there were 75,938 profiles registered in the CRS range between 451 and 500, including 17,318 profiles ranging from 471 to 480.
These individuals can’t be targeted via CEC draws since the CEC threshold hasn’t dipped below 507 at any moment in 2026.
But with healthcare draws targeting them at 475 points, they now have a realistic avenue that can’t be provided by CEC.
A nurse, pharmacist, or social worker with a CRS score of 475 would be issued an ITA today, but would require at least 516 points to be invited via CEC.
This is a 41-point difference which is the biggest CRS advantage for healthcare occupations among all Express Entry categories.
All The Healthcare Express Entry Draws In 2026
The following table presents all the draws of Healthcare and Social Services Occupations for 2026.
| Draw Date | Version | Invitations | CRS Cutoff |
| February 20 | Version 1 | 4,000 | 467 |
| April 15 | Version 2 | 3,000 | 430 |
| June 25 | Version 3 | 4,000 | 475 |
The April 15 draw marked the lowest healthcare CRS threshold for the year, which was 430, while the February 20 draw was used to establish the baseline score, which was 467.
Today’s threshold is 475, making it higher than both previous draws as a result of the pressure in the pool because of the six-month pause in June.
The CRS range for healthcare draws in 2026 stands at 430 to 475, which is always 30 to 85 points below the CEC threshold.
IRCC Issues 9,226 Invitations In Four Consecutive Days
This healthcare draw concludes the busiest four-day period ever experienced by Express Entry in 2026.
IRCC held four draws in four successive days from June 22, including draws in PNP, CEC, Physicians, and Healthcare categories.
| Date | Category | Invitations | CRS |
| June 22 | Provincial Nominee Program | 955 | 730 |
| June 23 | Canadian Experience Class | 4,000 | 516 |
| June 24 | Physicians with Canadian Work Experience | 271 | 223 |
| June 25 | Healthcare and Social Services | 4,000 | 475 |
The total number of invitations issued in all four draws adds up to 9,226, and it constitutes a huge boost in terms of opportunities for permanent residence after weeks without any draw.
The grouping style has been the regular practice of IRCC for the major part of 2026; however, it has been extended to four days instead of three days.
The inclusion of a physicians draw, together with Healthcare draw, indicates that IRCC targets several healthcare subcategories at once.

What Healthcare Workers Should Do After This Draw
All candidates that were invited will have 60 days to make a permanent residence application through the IRCC online portal.
Documents to be provided are the letter of employment proving the experience in the healthcare field, language test score, educational assessment, police certificate, and medical examination.
Additionally, one should conduct research regarding licensing in each province as the rules of the process differ depending on the region and field.
According to the data from the IRCC backlog, the process of receiving permanent residence may take more than usual, and hence the submission of a proper application becomes crucial.
Those who failed to receive an invitation can still remain active and updated in their Express Entry profiles as usually IRCC holds draws for healthcare professionals every 6 to 10 weeks in 2026.
Up till today, IRCC issued 89,000 Express Entry invites in all categories starting from January 1, 2026.
The draw predictions for June had indicated a healthcare draw as one of the possible draws based on categories for June.
With PNP, CEC, Physicians, and Healthcare all accounted for in this batch, the only remaining major category for June is French-language ability.
French language draws have seen 30,500 invitations being issued through six rounds in 2026 with a CRS cut-off score as low as 393 points in the most recent French draw on May 28.
There can still be room for a French-language draw either by the end of June or even during the first week of July depending on the pattern set by IRCC.
The EE pool currently has 239,645 profiles as of June 21, and the 4,000 invites to Healthcare category today brings down the 471 to 480 CRS band.
The April 2026 forecast had suggested a CRS cut-off of 460 to 480 points for the rest of 2026 in the Healthcare category.
