Canadian Experience Class (CEC) conducted a draw on October 22, 2024 where only 400 ITAs were issued through Express Entry by the IRCC.
The CRS gave a cut off score of 539 as a comprehensive ranking of the system.
Before that, 648 PR invitations were issued on October 21, 2024, the targeted candidates scoring at least 791 CRS points for having provincial nomination.
Also on October 7, 9 and 10, 3,113 invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence were issued.
